Shipping your Order

Depending on the time of the day you place your order we will ship your order the same day or immediately on the next day.

We understand your privacy concerns. Not everyone likes the mail or the neighbors to know what kind of mail you get. We use standard United States Postal Service envelopes and boxes to ship our products. Our business entity name will be seen as the senders address/return address. This name "Net Services USA LLC" does provide no information about the products you have ordered.

Depending on how many items you order, you might receive more than one box. Please rest assured that you are not being extra for shipping. As our shipping policy clearly shows, pricing is fixed and based on the number of times you order and not on how many boxes we ship.

Unfortunately we will not be able to ship APO or to a post box address.

Shipping Policy

At Pregnancyland.com, all orders are prepared for shipping within 24 hours they are received - packaged confidentially to honor your privacy! All orders are sent with the discreet return address name of "Net Services USA LLC ".

Shipping Modes, Rates, and Delivery Time Frame Estimates

All tests are shipped via USPS Priority Mail
Availability: Available anywhere within the United States

Cost: $4.50 and just $0.25 per additional item
Delivery Time Frame: Typically between 1-3 business days, though it can occasionally take an additional business day depending on your location. Please be aware that USPS does not guarantee its Priority Mail delivery time frames, and as such, neither can we.

Order Tracking: Because we ship via US Postal Service, no package location tracking is available. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation though.

Return Policy

In order to return merchandise to Pregnancyland.com, a RMA needs to be issued. Please contact us to obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) Number. Returns will not be accepted without this prior authorization and any unauthorized returns will be returned back to the customer at customer expense.

Requests for returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. We do not refund shipping costs for returns. Return shipping costs (and any additional confirmation/insurance costs) are the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the nature of our products any opened box is excluded from our return policy and cannot be returned.
